Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by gone downhill and management doesn't seem to care I have been coming to Zhuhai for the past 4 years, about 4-6 times per year. I have noticed that the quality of service at this Holiday Inn has declined. My most recent stay from March 20-22 was probably the worst. 1) I checked in at 5pm and was told my room wasn't inspected so I had to wait. 2) no one recognize my status as a gold member and thanked me for my loyalty, 3) I was tired and asked for a room already inspected so I didn't have to wait. The room I got was worn. The carpets looked old and frayed. 4) I went to have a drink at the Irish bar. Nothing Irish about this bar and the service was horrible. There were only about 1 other group in the bar yet the service was slow and the staff was not attentive. They even ran out of peanuts!! The staff said they didn't receive delivery...it seems no one ordered supplies. Unfortunately, there are no other international hotels in Zhuhai so this is the only choice. I just wished the management pay more attention. March 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 服务差,酒店旧 服务态度差,前台人员check in的人员没什么笑容,而且也没有提前来电联系确认房间问题,还是我自己到了当天下午主动打电话去确认的,之前两天在阳江的皇冠和华邑酒店客房经理都是主动联系安排房间事宜,作为白金卡用户,没有���受到任何待遇,是本人住洲际集团酒店以来体验最差的一次。 March 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice and relaxing The hotel is in a convenient location for shopping and you can walk to some parks and the waterfront in a short period of time. The staff was friendly and very helpful in showing me where to go in the city. One thing they need to have is more tourist information in English and bilingual (Chinese-English) maps. The room was very spacious and beautiful. I slept very well each night I was there. February 25, 2015

When check in, has to argue with front desk for platium elite member free upgrade, make the check in not a happy experience. Sounds the rule does not apply to this hotel.
