Our stay this time was more enjoyable than previously: our quiet room - at the back of the hotel - was well designed and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet has disappeared, but the a-la-carte menu
was extensive, and food quality very good.
Only two minor complaints: there was no creamer/milk or sugar on the coffee-tray in the room; but a call to the front desk had this rectified within minutes. In our minds, a big omission in the room was bottled-water. We felt that there should always be a couple of small bottles available for guests - the mini-bar prices are obscene - but for what we paid for the room, how much could that cost the hotel ? a dollar ?
Generally however, the experience was good, and we would aim to stay there on our next visit to Toronto. [Less]
