I had the best stay at InterContinental Paris Le Grand Hotel. I visited Paris for my birthday with my mom and sister, and the hotel made sure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommend[More] staying at this hotel![Less]
Timeless stay in Paris
The Grand as its known locally did not disappoint. Superb condition maintained by Intercontinental group. The best staff and cleanest room, decor. You won't be disappointing to see the condition of[More] this 100 year old hotel. Need to return again soon.[Less]
Best Hoel Stay Ever!
We travel a lot and this was our best hotel stay ever. We were recognized as Platinum Members and given free drink vouchers. We were able to check in early at 10:00 AM which we really appreciated[More] since we had an overnight flight from Philadelphia and were travel weary! It was our wedding anniversary and they sent to our room a bottle of champagne and a tin of gourmet cookies. When my husband got up early the next morning to use the fitness center, the staff even addressed him by name.
The hotel itself is beautiful and in the Opera section of Paris so convenient for sight seeing. The Roissybus is easy to get from the CDG airport and after stopping at other airport terminals, it goes directly to the Opera district and then the hotel is like a two block walk from the drop off site. You can buy tickets from the driver.
Thank you for a wonderful stay at your luxury hotel! Our stay at your hotel set the tome for our amazing two week tour of Europe![Less]
close to attractions
needed ice machine and a bar tender. If traveling with children I would suggest an adjoining room like we had so we could keep an eye on our kids but still have a little privacy.[Less]
Nice location, clean
Centrally located, very close to metro station. Small but clean room, free Internet, comfotable bed and pillows. There was not unfortunately enough space for suitcases. In general I had a pleasant[More] stay.[Less]
A great service, a good location and a clean hotel!
I really would like to thank the staff of the Holiday Inn Paris Elysées for their kindness and their availability during my stay. I did have the feeling that everything was made for me to spend a[More] nice stay in Paris and I really enjoyed it. I felt like at home: the breakfast was very tasty (of course with French pastries!) and the hotel was quiet which is rare for an hotel in the heart of Paris! So thank you for everything![Less]

The hotel has a great location very close to the metro station the rooms are verys small
The staff were very cooperative in giving all the information regarding the transportation
The negative is[More] when i checked in there was no body helped me with my luggage and the reciptionist said that you can use the elevator to carry your luggage despite we had checked in at 3:00 pm and we had 3 large bags and a a baby stroller but no one offer any help[Less]
Spent two nights starting on Bastille Day at this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We loved the area and pleasantly surprised how close it was to San Michel Metro station and Notre Dam. [More] The hotel has a warm cosy boutique hotel-like feel to it. We waited in the ground floor rear garden while our room was being prepared
which was nice as it was a hot day. Our room was on the small side but it has a nice front facing balcony. with chairs and a table for relaxing.
We also enjoyed the roof top terrace which has a good view of the Eiffel Tower and a great atmosphere at night.
The only slightly negative side was the variety of food
offered at breakfast which I thought could have been better.[Less]
