This hotel has learned the most important customer service lesson; that is “Don’t ever say no. What I can do for you is…”. Why because of last minute changes had to book additional nights afterwards.
Which caused me to have two reservations back to back. Meaning check in on the 1st reservation and then check out before checking in on the 2nd reservation. I had to be away on the day of check out and check in, due to a family issue. Sure, enough the front office staff handle it well. When I got back I had the same room (nothing was disturbed ). This is a direct reflection on the SENIOR staff members to subordinate staff. Yes I am a big proponent of customer service. This was FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
It could have gone easily SOUTH and could have come back to a strange room, luggage move, or worse yet NO ROOM, and luggage locked up somewhere. [Less]
