The 'Granite City' on Scotland's east coast has so much to offer, whether you're visiting our Holiday Inn Express® Aberdeen hotels for business or pleasure. Famed for its wonderful granite architecture and rich maritime heritage, there's also a dynamic contemporary arts scene, as well as a plethora of fabulous restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping opportunities.
The city is also a thriving hub for the oil, fishing, and agricultural industries and our hotels in Aberdeen are well placed to serve business travellers. We provide an excellent business service with high-speed internet access, staffed business centres, and relaxing comfortable rooms, with spacious work desks.
Once you're finished with work for the day you can set out and explore this lovely city. Try The Maritime Museum, Skene's House and Aberdeen Art Gallery for culture, or Union Street for shopping, wining and dining.
Aberdeen is surrounded by natural beauty, sitting, as it does, on the banks of the Dee and the Don. It has miles of golden beach. The soaring peaks and tranquil lochs of the Cairngorms are not far away, and your Aberdeen hotel makes a great base from which to explore their stunning beauty.

Iv stayed at this hotel many times excellent as always[Less]
Before I retired seven years ago I was a platinum member mainly due to my staying at your hotels in the US. Since then I have used the Aberdeen hotels occasionally. It seemed that my membership of[More] the IHG loyalty programme had fallen into abeyance. I rejoined. Since then the on line booking system refuses to recognise me. As usual I resorted to the central system. I attempted to book in the Holiday Inn express. It was only after booking I realised that I had been booked into the main hotel. I phoned back to attempt to change the booking but after being left on an apparently dead phone for ten minutes I gave up. On arrival at the main hotel on December 12th I was told there was no booking. An enquiry into your system said that I had cancelled.[Less]

Good location to stay in Aberdeen
Having stayed in the hotel numerous times
My parents and I use it now on a regular basis
I have to share the room with them and is inconvenient to sleep in a sofa bed because the mattresses are[More] not adequate and a suggestion would be to supply the room with another mattress or a Mattress Topper esp when staying for more than a couple of nights.
The Breakfast although brimming with choice the hot food is of very poor quality.
Sometimes the Staff are not equipped with English as a 2nd language making it difficult at time to get a solution to the simplest of problems. My last stays Ive noticed an obvious Lack of staff at breakfast which is surely one if not thee busiest times in any hotel and often the staff look "Over Worked" to say the least.[Less]
Lovely place would definitely recommend
