Valentines Stay In Norwich
My wife and I booked an overnight stay at the Norwich City Holiday Inn. Upon arrival we were directed to a car park a couple of hundred metres from the hotel. Unfortunately it was pouring with rain[More] which led to us and our luggage getting soaked prior to check in-not a great start!
The check in staff were great-Very polite and the process was quick. The room was nice with a great view of the pitch at the adjacent Norwich City FC.
The bathroom was well stocked and the looked modern. We had no issues during our stay, the only issues I would raise is that service at breakfast was slow. My wife ordered pancakes and they took an age to come. Staff did apologise for the delay in all fairness to them.
Overall I was happy with the stay and would definitely reccomend giving this hotel a try.[Less]
Great hotel, good location
Stayed in a double executive room. Fab facilities, the bed was extremely comfy, toiletries and robes provided were lovely.
Tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities were a great touch[More] too.
Fab location for visiting the city and nearby Riverside complex.
Would definitely stay here again![Less]
