IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND WILL BE COMING BACK AND EVERYONE AT THE LOCATION WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE EVERY TIME WE CAME THROUGH THE DOORS.[Less]
Great location if you don’t mind walking a little or taking the tram. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Couldn’t ask for a better front desk staff on any of the shifts and days.[Less]
Great location and beautiful hotel
Wonderful stay overall. About a 5 minute walk to the strip and and drive from the airport. Breakfast was normal hotel choices, the pancake machine wasn't working, but breakfast was still great. Pool[More] was wonderful as well, my son really liked the waterfall aspect. Our room was comfortable and we found no issues. Having to use a keycard to enter the hotel was very relieving, I felt like they took the security of their customers seriously. I would recommend and stay here again[Less]
very luxury and highend hotel. staff are very friendly.[Less]
Good stay, high price, no electronic folio
Room was fine, but expensive. Most frustrating part was that there was no way to get an electronic copy of my folio on line.[Less]
Diamond Elite recognition??
Firstly. i will say that this hotel is very good. As an IHG hotel though it has let itself down. This is the first premium hotel I have stayed in as a Diamond elite member. I was expecting to be[More] wowed. This did not happen. I do not get an upgrade, they tried to sell me an upgrade for 170 dollars per night extra. When i challenged, the lady on reception claimed she had moved me to a higher floor and this was an upgrade. There had been no mention until I challenged. There was no offer of a choice of amenity points/breakfast/free drink at all.
The night was booked on reward points, there is a button to click to include fees and taxes. Despite doing this. they still charged me a resort fee?? When i challenged this, the receptionist stated that IHG do not own the hotel and they make the rules not IHG. I then tried to check the APP to prove my point, however every date I tried over the next 11 months, there were no reward nights available. They must have closed them all off.
If the hotel is in the scheme they should need to meet the requirements.
As I stated at the start, the hotel is lovely but Diamond elite recognition is non existent. Not a good start to this new 'enhanced' reward scheme. So far it seems harder to achieve for less benefits[Less]
A great place to stay and rest
The experience of staying in this hotel was incredible. I think my family and I felt like home. Everything was very spacious and they make you feel important.[Less]
Spacious room and great amenities
By Peggy Sue 01
We enjoyed the spacious room and kitchen with a stove, large refrigerator. and expresso maker, as well as the included coffee grounds, expresso grounds, and coffee filters. The washer and dryer was[More] also very handy to have. The sofa bed came in handy for the kids to sleep on. The automatic blinds and curtains provided privacy and allowed us to sleep well in our comfortable, clean beds. The choice of several pools was fun, and we enjoyed swimming until 10 pm. The on-site restaurant was so convenient! We definitely recommend this resort for families![Less]
Good place to stay
This IGH property is close to the Strip without all the noise and traffic. Even with the pools close the room was quiet. The onsite arcade is small but sufficient for family. The onsite restaurant is[More] quite expensive. The room rates are pretty high.[Less]
