The friendly staff make you feel at home and is very responsive to your needs. This hotel offers excellent value considering its central location, close to good restaurants and a lot of businesses. [More] The parking area is well lit and safe. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is good. There is a decent choice of newspapers and TV channels. [Less]
No Complaints

Hotel is a bit outdated and some seedy folks outside but the stay was good, the hotel room was clean and it was nice to have a couple options for pillow type (firm, soft etc). [Less]
Understanding needs

Because I drive a semi trailer unit I can't dive anywhere to get food at that area of the city and the hotel was only 4 blocks away from where i had to be in the morning and on a truck route so that [More] was great. But I was going to be late and there was a menu under my door for all night delivery which I thought was extremely nice of the staff. Great stay in Edmonton.
By aliciaenslen
The hotel was well worth staying in. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was also very clean, spacious, and comfortable. (The furniture, especially the [More] luggage table, could use updating) I did order room service from the Ricky's in the hotel and the food was hot, fresh, and served very timely. The only complaint I would have is that you can hear pretty much anything through the walls, including conversations and hall noise. [Less]
Comfy room. Pool too small.

Modern and clean
By Wes90
The hotel is quite nice. It's bright and modern, and has all the amenities you could need. The staff were polite and even had cookies out in the lobby some afternoons. The restaurant was nice. A [More] little over priced, I think, but the food was good and not having to drive anywhere made things easy. We had a young lady wait on us every morning for breakfast, and she was particularly friendly. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Edmonton. [Less]
