I hobbled in on crutches 4 days after foot surgery. The check in staff made no attempt to make my stay a bit easier or accessible. The door I was told would lead me to my room didn’t have a
power-assisted door with a handicap button. It was tricky trying to keep the door open long enough to hop in. Then my room was at the far end of the hall. Even just a small offer to find an easier room would’ve been greatly appreciated.
If it weren’t for that, my stay was pleasant. Clean, quiet, convenient. [Less]
