I'm picky. I travel 2-3 days per week and stay in many hotels. I try my best to stay at IHG hotels because of the consistency I find in the service. That said, the staff are some of the best around
and deserve an award. They truly put 100% in to serving the guests and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff was very accommodating - even went as far as having a mini-fridge sent up to my room when I realized I didn't have one. I did stay on the "7th floor" which I didn't realize when I booked it, but its considered the executive level and is apparently a little bit nicer than the other floors.... im not sure if they are all updated the same or not - but the 7th floor is truly premium. (and it really wasn't much more expensive). My stay included having the mini fridge delivered, a loaner blackberry charger (Thanks Douglas) as I had forgot mine, a special Ice Capp made in the restaurant (Chelsea, I hope you get it on the menu, and dont forget to order vanilla!) something thats not even on the menu yet, and some great conversation from Debbie the bartender who was so attentive to the guests in the bar that night... it was a great experience.
