Stayed for a few nights at this location in Burlington. Had them setup the fold out bed for our daughter.
When we entered the room, it was only setup for two guests. We had notified them that we[More] were 3 in total.
The fold out couch was a tough lay as the spring forced their way through the mattress. We asked to have a comforter set under the sheet while we were out so the couch would be a little more comfortable.
When we returned late that evening, our daughter went to bed only to wake during the night complaining she was cold. This is when we noticed they had removed the comforter from the bed and put it under the sheets and only left a sheet on the top. Not sure what they were thinking.
Only other issue was that the complimentary coffee was removed from the lobby at 9:00 every day??? I guess it was only for the early risers.
