The first impression was amazing looking at the size of the lobby, but soon after found out a small room with double single bed that does not suit my purpose. As a business trip I was expect some
business amenities provided by the hotel, but nothing was offered. The restaurant was equally grand only to find out same menu every morning for the last 5 days. Renovation make guest like me feel uneasy, dirty and dusty. Moreover to be put in a room next to laundry area, makes it even less respected as a guest.
I supposed it all lies with the front desk how they could distinguish corporate guest who will be visiting and using the hotel more often than just tourist. You could treat everyone the same, but you do know that corporate guest visits more than once. Tourists may come and go. [Less]
