Featured Berlin Hotels

Today's Berlin is a modern and culturally vibrant city, brimming with beautiful architecture, world-class arts and a thriving nightlife scene.
Not to mention, a profusion of museums, monuments and attractions to explore during your Holiday Inn Express® Berlin hotel stay.

Few vestiges remain of the wall that once divided the German capital, and visitors move freely about the city, often unaware which side they are on. Perhaps the most impressive feat is the speed in which Berlin rebuilt itself.
The once desolate Potsdamer Platz is now a bustling corporate square with shops, restaurants and luxury condominiums.
Catch the latest IMAX movie or German art house film at the Sony Center, a massive retail and entertainment complex located in the heart of Potsdamer Platz.

The Mitte district, formerly part of East Berlin, has become Berlin's city center and a major tourist draw.
The tree-lined Unter den Linden leads to the Pariser Platz promenade and towering Brandenburg Gate - one of Berlin's most treasured and beautiful monuments, especially at night when the gates light up.
The Reichstag is only a block away, and the 360-degree view from the glass dome roof of this German parliament building is worth the long wait in line.

While you're in the neighborhood, check out Tiergarten Park.
Here you'll find the Berlin Zoo, Berlin Philharmonic and some of the most beautiful green spaces and walking paths in the city. The Mitte is also home to the East Berlin art scene, Auguststrasse.
If you're looking for ways to save during your Berlin hotel stay, you'll be happy to know that most of the galleries offer free admission.

The Western Zone of Berlin is considered the more commercial side of the city.
It also hosts the majority of Berlin's businesses, conventions and festivals.
The Ku'Damm (short for Kurfürstendamm) is a popular avenue for its upscale shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as the greatest concentration of luxury hotels in Berlin.
Not too far from the Ku'Damm is Schloss Charlottenburg, the largest palace in Berlin.
Despite being burnt to the ground during World Word II, Charlottenburg has been fully restored to its Baroque glory, and both the palace and the grounds are a popular tourist stop.

You many not see it all in one visit, but our Holiday Inn Express Berlin hotels can put you near the major attractions on your list.

Latest Berlin Hotel Reviews

Excellent - everything worked
By Daisy12
We had a week here whilst visiting family locally. We were pleased with this hotel and shall stay there again soon. Everything worked very well and we consider it was good value. The breakfast was [More] particularly good and empty platters were replaced very swiftly - not always the case in hotels. The only adverse thing I would mention is the strange smell in the lifts and our corridor as we approached the lifts. Strongest in the morning. I fear there might be a plumbing problem at the bottom of the shaft! [Less]
Just like comming Home
By Slowhand
The Best in Berlin, we just love it - and have stayed here for more than 10 years, and 100 nights [Less]
Holiday
By DocD
Hotel is clean and tidy, staff are always helpful, tram stop just outside the hotel. This is incredibly handy to get into the centre of town - journey only takes 15-20 mins. But on the downside it [More] runs all day and night, and in the night if you sleep with the window open it gets very noisy. [Less]
Great Position
By Mikyspittle
If you are visiting the city for a concert at the Mercedes Benz Arena -this hotel is perfectly positioned. [Less]
Convenient, Comfortable, Affordable
By Mitch
Located right next to the Mercedes Benz Arena and just a block away from the River Spree in Berlin East. Warshauer Strasse station on the S and U lines is two blocks away and provides convenient [More] public transit access to anywhere in the city. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable. The hotel is clean and the medium sized rooms are decorated in a clean modern style. Restaurant and a Starbuck's on site serve late and have a good beer and wine selection to finish the day. The on-site breakfast--additional cost--is well worth it with typical European style offerings. [Less]
Very pleasant stay
By SG1305
I stayed in this hotel several time for business purposes and I was always happy about the friendly staff, the spaciousness of the room and the modernity of the bathroom. The breakfast is really good [More] as well. One small thing is that my towels had not been changed even when I left them on the floor and my used mug had not been changed after use but it happens sometimes. I really recommend it. [Less]
Poor breakfast for the price you asked
By Ioannis
Tha breakfast was very poor regarding the variety of the provided products, also regarding the price asked . Another problem was that i was offered a price of 17 euro , that i accepted in my [More] arrival 23/05 in the evening, and that was for the breakfast that i took on 25/05 morning, but Finally i paid 19 euro and the girl in the reception was replying me that i had to inform 1 day before for the cost of the breakfast to be 17 euro. It makes no sense [Less]
Great Location and Staff
By Olu17
I stay in this hotel every time I visit Berlin. The staff are very friendly and honest. My wife forgot here very expensive diamond stud earrings in our room and room service found and returned them [More] to us. I will definitely stay in this hotel again and will recommend to my family and friends. [Less]
Modern, well connected, good value for money
By gong3088
Near Uhlandstrasse and two minutes walk to Zoo (U, S, Bus), this small establishment is very convenient for business travellers. [Less]
