Great place for the price. The location was not optimal to least though it was half a block from the tram line which takes you straight into the center of town.
Hotel itself was very nice,
especially compared to any Holiday Inn you see in the states. The room was modern ample size for European or New York standards. Bed was comfy. Room was well insulated. No outside noise to speak of.
The only thing that didn’t go right was something more of a design flaw than anything else was the bathroom. The shower area though super cool esthetically, was a functional disaster as it was open without any glass or shower curtain so even if you were to try to contain water spillage, water would get out into the main bathroom area.
The other thing again, design flaw was the total lack of privacy when using the toilet. The semi-frosted super cool glass door left very little to the imagination to the unsuspecting passerby. Certainly not the position one would want to be see in if you get my drift. So we got around that by making announcements about our intentions to use the bathroom and using the customary police tape to keep people away.
Other than that, it was great. ! [Less]
