The sea and beach is super nice, clear water, white sand. You could snorkel just right outside. Some corals are very close to the beach, even though not very colorful, but still a lot of finish, and
you don't need to take the boat to snorkel spot.
The facility in the room is pretty old, but acceptable for me. Pretty clean. The fresh water might be purified from the sea water or some underground water. Please note that the hotel is located on an island pretty far from the mainland. So the water thing could be understandable.
The hotel staff are quite polite and helpful. You will feel welcomed there.
But I asked them to arrange the transportation and it is so not satisfied. They arrange high speed boat from Krabi to Phi Phi Island, but without life jacket. On the way back to Krabi, I took a public ferry via Ton Sai Bay. The staff (i think they are a company cooperated with the hotel, or they actually hotel staff) said the ferry ticket from Ton Sai Bay to Krabi is 400 THB, it is the same price if I buy on boat. But when I was in Ton Sai Bay, it was actually 300 THB. I could understand you need to make some profit as an agency, but you should not cheat.
I booked the stay with a promotion of Stay 3 nights and pay 2 nights only. And it said the benefit would be applied when i checked out in the reservation page. But I still need to pay the number in the reservation page. This promotion is still questionable for me.
I could understand both English and Chinese. Many signs & notes are written in both English and Chinese. But some chinese note might say more "tips" than the English one. And it is mainly saying "Don't do this " and "Don't do that". As a chinese, it does hurt my feeling even though I understand why they mark the info in Chinese. But why not to do it fairly and make the english and chinese note equally the same?
Except the bad things, generally speaking, it is a quite relaxing resort and you could spend a few days there. [Less]
