After having a problem with our room not being made into a king size from a twin. The staff acted promptly, giving us a room upgrade a free drink and a free movie!!
Lovely staff, comfy bed, great[More] nights sleep.[Less]
My room didn't have a great view and was pretty dark in daylight, but apart from that and slightly cold room service food, everything was fine[Less]
Nice hotel, friendly staff and nice room. Bathroom could have been cleaner and after checking out discovered I had been over charged for two drinks but apart from that, a good stay.[Less]
I stayed at the hotel last weekend and roomied with my sister-in-law as party of a hen party weekend. My first ever trip to Leeds. The room was clean and tidy. It was particularly nice having easily[More] managed air con in the room. The bed was probably the most comfy hotel bed I've ever slept in. I had a delicious lunch and evening meal on the first day. We were out most of the second. I enjoyed 2 lovely spa treatments and a relaxing swim in the pool and dip in the jacuzzi. The friendly, helpful staff were a credit to the hotel. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.[Less]
The hotel refurbishment has been complete and have to say, really like the rooms, what a great job has been done, the hotel is looking like new, staff are fantastic and friendly, would highly[More] recommend the Crowne Plaza in Leeds.[Less]
Bedroom since the upgrade
The bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished. The hotel is clean and the staff relaxed and helpful. The windows are old fashioned and not easy to operate. They are often dirty due to the amount[More] of refurbishment going on. Theses need to be improved in the next phased of refurbishment.[Less]
Happy staff and clean rooms. Wifi service in the hotel was very bad. Had no connection in the rooms and slow connectivity in the lobby area.[Less]
