When visiting the San Francisco (SF) Bay Area, I always tend to stay in the East Bay. This time, I thought to try staying in the Peninsula area. It was a great idea as coming and going into SF was
a breeze! This hotel is literally minutes away from downtown SF without the hassle of the traffic on the Oakland-SF Bay Bridge.
Just a tad noisy due to its proximity to SFO but the windows do a good job insulating from the noise.
The Front Desk, housekeeping, and breakfast dining staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel, hotel grounds, and the room was very clean. The room was "modernly" appointed. The hotel did only have a jacuzzi (no pool), a work out room, and a business center.
The only confusing point to me was the changing daily rate for the rooms. Although it was explained to me (clearly I might add), I still found it a bit of a personal issue.
Finally, I'd like to suggest that, if at all possible, grant a waiver of the parking fee for those using a handicap tag. It's a benefit I'm sure the hotel can accommodate.
Overall though, excellent value for the money paid! I'd stay here again given the opportunity!! [Less]
