Disneyland is our family getaway and I stayed at the holiday inn express and was I impressed with our service and quality of stay. Nick helped me over the phone and returned my calls promptly after [More] asking multiple questions. He booked my stay and upon arrival Tiera was amazing. Thank you both for your awesome customer service and shout out to the valet team. Running to the car? Amazing, your team deserves more recognition and appreciation from cusomters. Rooms are comfy and spacious, rooms are clean and quiet, and best of all, they are up to date with great wifi for our devices such as firetv and kids iPods. Location is everything and this hotel hits 5 stars in every category except breakfast. But I can live with ok breakfast and trade off for a peaceful room with great beds and clean clean bathrooms. New and nice property with some minor issues

I spent 3 nights there in late March. The hotel is brand new and pretty nice overall. Location is very convenient, rooms are modern. free parking. I also had a chat with the FO manager/supervisor and [More] a maintenance guy both of whom could've not been nicer. Even the place is very close it was okay to sleep, so noise was not an issue. However during my stay I experienced multiple failures which should not be normal: - very disinterested staff at check in (felt I was bothering them) who made me come every day for a new daily parking ticket (next day FO manager gave me one for an entire period, its had written anyway) - wi-fi was down for 16 hours and nobody could provide timeline when it would be fixed - a fridge in my room didn't work, they first tried to fix it and next day replaced it (again, it took time and was a distraction) - an iron didn't work in my room (was replaced the same day) I shared my concerns at check out, but nobody was interested in (in fairness I believe they could've offered some kind of compensation). Maybe that was all teething problems. Well... at least they try and fix all those problems. [Less]
