Featured Clermont Hotels

Make yourself at home in our Holiday Inn Express® hotels in Clermont. In no time you'll be sampling sun-kissed fruit from local citrus groves or enjoying close encounters with former U.S. presidents, here immortalized in wax.

Take in Central Florida's rolling hills and spring-fed lakes from the observation deck in the 22-stories-high Citrus Tower, built a half-century ago when citrus groves stretched as far as the eye could see. Today you can pick your own fruit a short drive from our Clermont hotels at the Showcase of Citrus, an organic farm where self-guided tours of the groves are free. Pick up a map and wander the orange, grapefruit, tangerine and tangelo orchards for luscious pick-your-own fruit. Grapes have thrived in the Clermont countryside since 1560, when early settlers made wine out of sweet muscadine grapes. Today, varietals are made with native muscadines at the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards, where you can take complimentary tasting tours. Before you return to our hotels in Clermont, be sure to stop at the Presidents Hall of Fame, a mini Madame Tussauds filled with life-size wax figures of former presidents and miniatures of the White House.

From our hotels in Clermont, browse the shops along historic downtown's Montrose Street. The South Lake Art League Gallery is worth a peek for one-of-a-kind gifts and art. Dine downtown at a charming pub or follow I-50 west along the 5-mile Verde Ridge for budget-friendly bites, a short drive from our Clermont hotsls. Then head to nearby Minneola and local hotspot Tiki Bar & Grill for burgers and beer in the moonlight.

Stay at our Holiday Inn Express® hotels in Clermont in June to enjoy live music at the grape-stomping Annual Harvest Festival, or on the first Friday of each month for art, shopping and music in downtown Clermont.

Nice hotel close to Universal
By OPXur
Came and stayed for two nights to go to Universal. Booked a normal room but was upgraded for free to a suite! Had a great time, staff was excellent. The shuttle service offered was a bit slow, but [More] not terrible. However, walking to the park was quick and only took 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. It also by paced the long lines for parking security check. The walkway goes to the valet security check and is extremely fast. Walking saved us almost an hour. TGI Fridays was attached, so if you need a meal it is very convenient. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! [Less]
Good value and location for Universal Studios Visit
By HelloPotter
Not mind blown by the hotel - but it was clean, comfortable, safe, in a good location to Universal Orlando, staff was friendly (although calling down to the front desk takes an obscene long time). I [More] would stay again. [Less]
Business Travel
By R Warrior 42
There is another property where I would normally stay while in Orlando but due to pricing that week, I selected this property. It's location was reasonable for business purposes, and overall I found [More] this to be a good place to stay. My reasons for the other property were proximity to the airport, but for a morning flight, travel time was ok, so I will probably book this property the next time I am in Orlando. [Less]

Pleasant surprise
By Julekin
We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Initially, it was a mixed up and they didn't have the type of beds we requested. The front desk representative was not very pleasant, but the manager was very [More] nice and helpful, and upgraded our room to accommodate the amount of people in our party. The room was clean and spacious, with refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was a nice addition, but had somewhat limited choices, that repeated every day. The pancake machine was broken. It was nice to have teamed and coffee available all day, and cookies with hot chocolate at night. Lobby was cozy and beautifully decorated. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area, including Publix. Too bad they didn't have indoor pool, only outdoor. Overall, we had a good time [Less]

Comfortable bed and great service.
By JOE12
Great Hotel , great room and Comfortable bed. The elevator noise was the only problem for room 2620 and all rooms were sold out and no option change the room location. As Sr Mechanical Engineer with [More] 30 year experience , it was hard not to pay attention to the elevator noise or any mechanical noise. Heated pool and Jacuzzi was great way to relax in Jan 24-27. I Highly recommended Holiday Inn Celebration Area Sincerely, JOE 12 Richmond, VA, USA [Less]
Comfortable bed and great location
By redrubbies
My husband and I just returned from a quick trip to the Kissimmee area, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From our check in all the way through checking out two days later, the staff [More] were friendly and efficient. The room spacious, nice and clean. We enjoyed the balcony view. When we checked in was told there would also be a $15 facility fee which I was aware of by Chris when I called the front desk the night before check in. Never mentioned on the internet or when I contacted the hotel to find out about hidden charges. Then they also added a $25 just in case fee I was not informed of. I would definitely rate a four star, but all in all, this hotel is a good bargain for the price and I love the location which is close to many restaurant within in walking distance. Chris the front desk clerk was very nice when I contacted the hotel the night before my check in time. [Less]
Hit and Miss...
By Busi Ness Traveler
I stayed here two different times in the course of a week. The room I was given when I first arrived and stayed two nights was great, clean, comfortable which is why I made reservations for the same [More] room the following Friday before my flight out. The second time I checked in I thought I was going to have the same room, turns out I didn't and this room was INCREDIBLY lacking! The 8th floor in general once off the elevator had a smell of "dirty gym socks". The bathroom floor area was sticky. The tub drain was broken #it either had to be all the way down or pulled out entirely#. There were stray hairs all over the room #toilet, then on the sheets#. The sheets hadn't been changed #there were make-up marks and hair on them as well as indents from the person who'd stayed in there previously#, the bunk beds hadn't been tidied, and whomever had stayed there previously owned pets as I began to itch just laying on top of the blanket. Unfortunately it was already after 2:30 AM and I needed to be up at 6 for my flight, and with a sold out hotel, there was no way to ask for a different room and it'd been anyone's guess how long it'd taken to get new sheets and get them on.. The front desk seemed indifferent upon having brought this to their attention when checking out, but it made what little time I had for sleep marginal at best. [Less]
