The hotel is very clean the physical plant is kept up very well. the biggest issue that I found in this hotel is the staff seems to this as their home. For example , They disregard that you have
business travelers so they carry on very loud discussions in the lobby So it makes it hard to discuss business and have a meeting , they vacuum during busy business hours Making breakfast everything but relaxing And finally they continuously disturb you as they try to close up and interrupted our meeting 3 to 4 times instead of just leaving his be so we can concentrate on meeting before we go out to our clients. The staff also eats in the breakfast area joking back and forth and yelling back and forth in the lobby While making the breakfast area louder than it needs to be for a business hotel. I found the check in staff wonderful and friendly. Although I'm a Platinum Member, they seem to have disregarded that when choosing my room and placing me on the roadside of the hotel which was much louder. I checked in early, but it seems that the best rooms were not picked out for the Platinum Members again another training issue for the General Manager.
Tips for staying there - ask for the rooms on the other side of the hotel so you don't get disturbed by heavy road traffic throughout the night. If you're a frequent flyer or platinum member call ahead so that you can direct them on a good room versus having them selected for you upon arrival.
The staff was very friendly I just think they were oblivious to the guest experience and the purpose of gas staying there so they sort of a very informal environment and sort of treat it like it's their home and not about the guest’s comfort. It was very disturbing every morning to try to have a meeting before going out to our clients when they just seem to not care but cared about joking about their parties joke about their families and then yelling back and forth lobby the front desk very disturbing. I would not be back to that reason. In fact, I ended up staying elsewhere. [Less]
