We love this hotel and hope to see more Holiday Inns like this. The bed and pillows were the best. We actually asked at the front desk if we could purchase them. We were not able to eat at the [More] Asian Restaurant this stay but have in the past and recomend it highly. [Less]

Great location. Near everywhere I needed to be. Cleaning ladies were very accommodating. Front desk lady was very friendly and informative. Bed and pillow were perfect. Slept great! Parking was [More] great. All spaces were close to Hotel. Hotel was very easy to navigate. [Less]

Suggest the front office staff review interpersonal skills and policy information shared with guest. Regarding check out time, one staff member conflicted with another staff member. When [More] questioned, the second staff member became short and did not respond in a respectful manner. Her response was, "you can't check out whenever you wish" "My cleaning staff leaves". I made a special trip to the front desk to ask check out time. I was told by the first staff member (who was working the desk while office staff were in a meeting) that check out was 3:00. I checked out about 2:00. The second staff member would not cancel my reservation. If a policy was in question it was a training failure not the fault of guest. I appreciate the first staff member who was extremely polite and helpful. If her information was incorrect the second staff member should correct it internally not express her displeasure with a guest. [Less]
