Great evening out

My girlfriend and I saw a wonderful show at Providence medical amphitheater. Then spend the of night relax at the hotel. [Less]
Service
By Kyra123
The guy that checked me in was great, welcoming. As a Housekeeping Manager I am very picky, there were a few items in the room that could of been better. I could not get the internet to work on my [More] phone. The breakfast was dry and old by 8am. I believe what I paid was way to much for this room, considering everything. However, I am giving you guys good scores because after hours in the car, the front desk guy was pleasant, made me feel good. Thanks guy [Less]
Great place

Comfortable bed and friendly staff
By Harry
This hotel is hard to get to if you don't know the area. GPS helps but instructions could not explain the confusing part of driving to the left side of the road. Cars are usually driven on the [More] right side of the street but the intersection where this hotel is located requires you to drive on the left side of the road and then veers back to the right before immediately taking a right turn to get to the access road that leads to the hotel. We did not drive on the left side of the road the first time and were forced to go on the freeway and around the block. After realizing the stupid lay out of the road we figured out how to do it from then on; we had no more problems getting to the hotel. [Less]

Stayed for softball
By Monica
Great accommodations for a family of 4. We were playing a tournament at OGSA, the location was convenient and the breakfast options were good. The only thing that would've been better was for [More] breakfast to be served a little earlier on the weekends. Thanks for a great stay! [Less]
Good location for travel softball in KC
By Quinny
Location is near many restaurants and is about halfway between the two major softball complexes in KC which makes it a good option for softball teams. Fitness room has plenty of space but needs [More] updating. There are no mats for stretching. Pool is nice but the enclosed pool room is too hot [Less]
Good Experience
By Chuzjc
Good experience and staff is excellent. Cynitha at front desk is a very caring person and goes out of her way to meet your needs. [Less]
