Rooms Older and Dated
By Gusgirl
Room was older and dated. Lobby area very nice and then you get to the rooms, after seeing a leaking ice machine and wet carpet required fans. Room keys only worked if you held your mouth just right. [More] Toilet ran loudly until I figured to "juggle" handle. Air unit gurgled loudly most of the night. It was ok, but the rooms were definitely not what I expect out of a Holiday Inn. [Less]
Great amenities

The bar, restaurant and pool area of this hotel are very nice. There is some noise at night from these areas the way the hotel is laid out. [Less]

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Close to a lot of fun places. Went to Jessie James farm and took my son to Lego Land, had a blast. [Less]
Poor Value
By Bill62
The hotel was nice and clean and the staff friendly. But the hotel is far from high end as the price might reflect. The hotel has some age on it and the room was small. [Less]
Quiet boutique style
By Doji58
I have stayed at the Aladdin several times and have always enjoyed my stay. The beds are so comfortable and the room is quiet. The motel is close to parking, places to eat, entertainment, Sprint [More] Center, and the Convention Center. The Aladdin is my preferred hotel downtown. [Less]
Great people!
By Chatty Traveler
One night stay in KC was made great by the staff at the HI. Justin at the front desk was a star. The young bellboy was friendly and helpful. Great impression from start to finish. The hotel is well [More] located within walking distance of many restaurants and sights. We got good tips on what to do and where to eat. The hotel itself is getting g a little tired but I would stay there again because of the favourable overall experience. [Less]
