Overall great experience. The customer service was great when I checked in. There was a confusion with the Hotels .com reservation but the front desk staff called them and cleared everything up. The[More] room was very well cleaned and so were the dishes in the kitchen.[Less]
A new person was working and was unsure of some of the processes for the person ahead of me so it took some time to check in, but she was friendly and apologetic for the process. I was unfamiliar[More] with the "cupboard" and it was not explained and seemed weird to me. Would have preferred a continental breakfast and vending machine. The room was clean. Would stay here again for the price.[Less]
Great experience and nights sleep at a hotel I ever had.[Less]
1st stop of our trip from Colorado to Virginia. Room was cozy, beds were comfortable, quiet area, and had a security guard roaming the parking lot. What more can you ask for?[Less]
The room and whole floor we were on was newly remodeled and very nice. Clean and quiet.[Less]

Looking for Air conditioning and quiet
Looking for comfort with Air Conditioning. Hotel had a appearance of being an older building but inside was quite comfortable and very clean. Breakfast area seemed large for hotel size compared to[More] others I stayed in which was nice. Plenty of seating and many breakfast choices.
The only request I have as a person who like absolutely darkness to sleep is have the option to turn clock light off and turn off overhead nightlight in the bathroom. I put the clock under the bed and shut the bathroom door but light still shined more than I liked.[Less]
