Home away from home
Great place friendly staff always, feel welcomed.
They remember my name, even my usual meal purchases![Less]
Good service, high cost.
I would recommend this hotel, but we were disappointed by some things, as noted above.[Less]
Comfortable bed and friendly staff
This hotel is hard to get to if you don't know the area. GPS helps but instructions could not explain the confusing part of driving to the left side of the road. Cars are usually driven on the[More] right side of the street but the intersection where this hotel is located requires you to drive on the left side of the road and then veers back to the right before immediately taking a right turn to get to the access road that leads to the hotel. We did not drive on the left side of the road the first time and were forced to go on the freeway and around the block. After realizing the stupid lay out of the road we figured out how to do it from then on; we had no more problems getting to the hotel.[Less]
We stayed two days. The kids enjoyed the pool and weight room. I was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience and great value.[Less]
The stay at this hotel was better than expected and good value.[Less]
Great evening service
The evening staff was very courteous and helpful. The morning lady was not helpful acted like she didnt care. I was told she would call after showing up for early check in and finding that no rooms[More] were available. I never received a call and she left and never told the evening staff to let me know anything. I showed up and they said they were not told anything by the morning lady. I believe that she didnt care with the attitude she had when i first saw her. Because of her i wont be staying at this location again i will go to a different location.[Less]

New and clean
The hotel was very new looking and just looked nice all around. The rooms were good sized and the beds were very comfortable. We were only in town overnight for a funeral so we didn't get to use the[More] pool or hot tub unfortunately. But would definitely stay there again since my sister lives here and we visit here often.[Less]
