Featured New Orleans Hotels

As a guest of one of our Holiday Inn Express® New Orleans hotels, you'll enjoy the rich history, great music and diverse culture and cuisine of Louisiana's most celebrated city.

Hop on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and tour the beautiful Southern mansions of the Garden District or spend the day - if not your entire New Orleans hotel stay - wandering the charming streets of the French Quarter.
There's art and antiques on Royal Street, trendy boutiques and gift shops on Magazine Street and lively street performers and musicians in Jackson Square.
Enjoy a cup of chicory coffee and fresh beignets on the patio of Café Du Monde or duck into one of the Quarter's seemingly hole-in-the-wall restaurants for authentic Creole gumbo and spicy jambalaya. Bourbon Street can be a bit of a tourist trap during the day, but once the sun goes down, New Orleans' famous party district earns its reputation.

Enjoy sugary-sweet rum hurricanes and authentic New Orleans jazz as you dance the night away in Bourbon's legendary bars and clubs.

If you're willing to venture out of the city center during your stay at our New Orleans hotels, stop by one of the above-ground cemeteries.
St. Louis is the oldest (dating back to 1789), and its hauntingly beautiful tombs have been featured in major Hollywood movies and works of fiction.
Tour groups are your best and safest bet here; although, carriage tours of the cemetery can be a real treat.
New Orleans carriage drivers are all certified tour guides, and their knowledge of the city's history and culture, as well as their local flavor and spin are far better than any travel book.

Of course, this is only a sampling of what the Big Easy has to offer our New Orleans hotel guests.
Time your visit during Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest to experience the lavish and boisterous festivals that make this city so special.

In this world of instant gratification and talking the big game. It is about time that someone really stepped up did what they said they would do. I have been traveling through NOLA for the past year [More] and have seen this hotel go through some major changes. I was here during the bad times of this hotel, even one time left the hotel and went to the Crown Plaza. Trust me... don't go there, but that is a different review. What a difference from 2016 to 2017. Keep up the good work. See you the next time I come through. [Less]

GreAt stay!
By MomNurse
I was in town for a combined family get away and a nursing conference (at another hotel) Great location! Easy walk to either the art district (great eats) or the French quarter. Pool is very small- [More] but was perfect for my 5 year old. Staff was very friendly and helpful minus the one concierge person we encountered who stated an airboat ride wouldn't be fun for our 5 year old and refused to help us find a company or book an excursion. They hubby and I have been on two other airboat rides in NOLA and loved it very much. We know our daughter and knew she too would love this. I booked on my own and guess what?? We have been home for 4 days and she has told EVERYONE how much fun she had! My point... maybe she should have asked us if we had any experience with this before refusing to help. Other than that- we had a great stay and loved this hotel! We will return in the future! [Less]

The [More] breakfast and evening reception we great. The property was close to entertainment and walking distance to the trollies so getting around town was simple. I know when I return on my next visit I will be staying here. Thanks for the great accommodations. [Less]

We loved the hotel and would recommend our family and friends to stay there when visiting the French Quarter. Nice location. Awesome room, we had the suite, which had a full kitchen and washing [More] machine/dryer with a great living room/dining room. The breakfast served every morning was great. Plenty of food with drinks and coffee by Wolfgang Puck. The ambiance was very New Orleans style. You will love it! [Less]
Great staff!
By Hawk
The staff at this hotel was the best part of the experience. Everyone at the front desk, food service, even housekeeping, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I even asked the manager for ice. She [More] explained to me that there is an ice maker in the fridge, an how to turn it on, and SHE went and got me a bag of ice from the food service area. She didn't send someone to do it. Every member of the staff made this hotel stay a good experience. [Less]
