Featured New Orleans Hotels

As a guest of one of our Holiday Inn Express® New Orleans hotels, you'll enjoy the rich history, great music and diverse culture and cuisine of Louisiana's most celebrated city.

Hop on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and tour the beautiful Southern mansions of the Garden District or spend the day - if not your entire New Orleans hotel stay - wandering the charming streets of the French Quarter.
There's art and antiques on Royal Street, trendy boutiques and gift shops on Magazine Street and lively street performers and musicians in Jackson Square.
Enjoy a cup of chicory coffee and fresh beignets on the patio of Café Du Monde or duck into one of the Quarter's seemingly hole-in-the-wall restaurants for authentic Creole gumbo and spicy jambalaya. Bourbon Street can be a bit of a tourist trap during the day, but once the sun goes down, New Orleans' famous party district earns its reputation.

Enjoy sugary-sweet rum hurricanes and authentic New Orleans jazz as you dance the night away in Bourbon's legendary bars and clubs.

If you're willing to venture out of the city center during your stay at our New Orleans hotels, stop by one of the above-ground cemeteries.
St. Louis is the oldest (dating back to 1789), and its hauntingly beautiful tombs have been featured in major Hollywood movies and works of fiction.
Tour groups are your best and safest bet here; although, carriage tours of the cemetery can be a real treat.
New Orleans carriage drivers are all certified tour guides, and their knowledge of the city's history and culture, as well as their local flavor and spin are far better than any travel book.

Of course, this is only a sampling of what the Big Easy has to offer our New Orleans hotel guests.
Time your visit during Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest to experience the lavish and boisterous festivals that make this city so special.

Great hotel but...
By Prosales101
Everything was great. The staff, breakfast and room are ok. Clean but ok. My only issue was billing. I asked for breakfast to be added to my room and it was, but there are restrictions with breakfast [More] items, no free refills and at the end I got a bill for the service! Not an all inclusive breakfast which I found very frustrating. The servers and front desk were all great. I enjoyed staying at the hotel [Less]
Service

This hotel is undergoing renovations. It was still a comfortable stay with the construction noise. The breakfast was tasty and fresh each morning. The staff was helpful and addressed our every need. [More] The rates are competitive but they no longer apply AARP discounts. The military discount is not what it should be and rates are inflated on holiday weekends. [Less]

I have a problem being charged $25 extra on check in ' just in case I steal something '. Past experiences of my Stays should indicate that as a member, I do not take things from a hotel. This was [More] a first for me. [Less]

This property is very nice. I enjoyed it. The cost for a group was really good. If the cost is around the same when I do return, I would definitely stay at this hotel. [Less]
Excellent Location
By Lynn50
This hotel could not be better for exploring the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Everything in that area is within walking distance, but the raucous crowds can not be heard from the hotel's [More] location on Dauphine Street. The room was clean, provided a mini-fridge, and was very quiet. The only complaint about the room was the small size of the bathroom. [Less]
Quaint, comfortable centrally located.
By Priscilla
Very charming hotel. Very nice linens and toiletries. We had a very comfortable room. The bathroom was clean but very old and needs work. It was far enough off Bourbon St. that the noise from the [More] partying did not disturb us. We were close enough to most sights to be able to walk to them. [Less]
