Bent over backwards to resolve a web site error (unrelated, a mileage program) which might have complicated my check-in or sent me packing for another hotel on a sold-out night. Did not need to
because of Gail's mastery of the booking system, and can-do attitude.
In the morning I had to spend 4 or 5 hours in the breakfast room to hammer out a report for work; the lady who runs around cleaning and tending to the breakfast buffet turned out to be great company.
Don't know what on earth I'll be in Vicksburg for next, but I will make every effort to stay here again. [Less]
