I used my app to make the reservation and when checking out my bill did not reflect the "Your Rate". When I questioned the front desk the girl had no idea what to do (actually stated this). Her
computer should what my bill did. Her solution was to talk to her DM. I waited. Oh no, she meant she'd have to call and she probably wouldn't be awake yet. So she took my information and said I'd be hearing back.
It's been over a week. Guessing the DM is really tired.
First time it happened using the map that I had a higher bill than anticipated - especially since I have my info to go ahead and book the room using my app.
