Great pillow options, good sleep and marvelous breakfast
By claudiad5
Once they get the computer reservation system working at all times (our confirmation number disappeared and no reservation showed at checkin) and offer up WiFi password at check-in along with other [More] paperwork, they'll have the perfect experience. Lighting and available outlets/USB outlets are exactly what I wish I'd had at all of my business hotels back in the day. Breakfast was perfect with our group - full range of choices - pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice and my favorite - bacon and eggs! [Less]
Good hotel
By Kay R
Recently visited the area with family. This was a good hotel for the whole family to stay together. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a lot of choices that accommodated all of our dining [More] styles. The fitness room had some new, additional equipment that made it an even bigger hit with our "fit" family members. [Less]
use of hotel

I have stayed there several times over the last few months and will be there this weekend for two nights along with my family (2 rooms) I have several choices within the area and we really like this [More] one. I believe its a little over priced for Sands Springs, compared to other hotels in the town, overall a great place to stay. [Less]

Comfortability and Ease of Access
By GD Cool
My overall judgment of this hotel is good. I would not rate it a five star. But because of their staff, during the night and day shifts I encountered, were pleasurable and professional. The hotel was [More] centrally located making it easily accessible to malls, business needs, etc. One of my main focal points is the disposition of the staff I encounter. Respectful and attentive. Great Experience for Family Gathering
By mindymom
My large extended family used this facility for our stay for a family wedding. The group ranged from seniors to babies and we were all well accommodated. Everyone, including the General Manager and [More] all the staff, was always willing to go out of their way to address our requests. As I was leaving for the airport, the GM hurried out to alert us about traffic issues and suggested an alternate route - now that's service! A very pleasant stay. [Less]
Newer Property - Very Nice!
By EMBH716
This was my second stay at this property (the first was a year ago, shortly after this location opened). It has large rooms, and a lot of nice touches, such as glass shower doors and kitchenette [More] areas. The breakfast options never disappoint, though I did notice that they didn't seem to be participating in HIE's Snoozapalooza promotion - breakfast on Sunday ended at 10 am, rather than Noon. The race weekend that brings me to Tulsa each year seems to sync up with a large soccer tournament, and there was a lot of noise from the room above me on Saturday night. I mentioned it in passing to the manager when I checked out, and she suggested that I contact her next year when I book, to be placed above the player rooms rather than below them - I believe I will do that! Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and will return. [Less]
Worth it!
By selenad
In Claremore the sounds of the trains wake me up at night. But this hotel is the furthest from the train tracks and I didn't hear them at all. I like the Kuerig coffee maker in the room. And the [More] beds are very comfortable. [Less]
