Staying here was a pleasure. As is the case in many good hotels, the bed was too hard for me and I could not reach the shower head to adjust the spray. (I'm 5'4") [Less]

Extremely cheerful and helpful staff.
By Rob27
We moved our son and his fiancé to Vancouver from Chicago and chose this hotel mainly because of price due to our extended stay. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful with questions we had about [More] businesses and the area. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, way more so than I expected. When we travel back to visit we will definitely stay here again. [Less]
Good value and comfort
By Bill852
This is a very good facility for either short or longer term stay. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff is very responsive to needs and request. Ask for a room away from the road side of [More] the building as there is early morning commuter noise (only a limited number of rooms are on the road side of the building --- most are just fine).
