Surprisingly great accommodations.
By Lexi
From the initial check in throughout my two night stay the staff was exceptionally welcoming and service oriented. The breakfast room staff could tell that I was in a hurry and helped by getting my [More] tea to go, while I was getting my food. The breakfast is a full buffet including the custom omelet station. The food was good and they willingly made eggs over easy instead of the omelet. They need some work on their coffee. I tried two different urns and both had very weak brews. The lunch/dinner menu is limited but the dining area is amazing with floor to ceiling windows that look out onto a patio with a rock formation that is likely a water feature in the warm months (my stay was February). The bar has multiple big screen TVs and includes a large dance floor. The room was fine however, I would change two things: The desk was OK for a laptop but there was not enough room if you are like me and also have hard copy documents to work with. There was no light at the desk the first night which they provided the second night however it was a small LED desk lamp that only provided focused light in one small area. The rest of the room lighting was on the side of the headboard so it was difficult to see anything in the suitcase or on the dresser (standing with back to light). The hospitality and the willingness to provide a great experience by the entire staff compensated for these design flaws. This was also the best value out of several hotels in the area. [Less]
Room/Service
By Denise
I highly enjoyed the staff, they were very sweet and made me feel very comfortable!!! My only two complaints would be (1) the kurig coffee pot in my room was very dirty and I would not use it - [More] while I certainly would have preferred to make a cup of coffee in my room each morning instead of having to get dressed and going downstairs, I was unable; and (2) the night chef was horrible except for his appetizers. There were 5 of us there for dinner and each and every meal was horrible, very bland and no taste. However, the waiter did do everything in his power to fix the situation and if it hadn't been for him, we would have walked out without paying a cent since none of us ate anything except the appetizers. He was FANTASTIC!! And we were told he was new, like his first or second day. He's a keeper!!!!! However, the omelet chef in the mornings was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps he should cook at night as well!!!!!! [Less]

Nice new hotel
By Ellcohombre
I generally choose Stay bridge Suites because I enjoy cooking in my room. Their rooms are a notch above their competitors. I like the option on staying in a standard room or the 1or2 bedroom suite. [More] Although a few minor issues may arise in any hotel you stay at at Stay bridge they are usually addressed quickly. As I do travel often it is unfortunate that sometimes the rates fluctuate quite a bit. [Less]
