Clean, Friendly, and Fun
By Jimmy
The Holiday Inn Hotel chain has always been a very clean place to stay. The staff is very friendly and polite. The pool and gym make it a fun place to stay as well. [Less]

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing was the chlorine in the pool was very high. [Less]

Great place for extended business stays!
By EasyB76
Hotel staff is very friendly and always accommodating with room preferences. I've stayed here several times and they always get me back in my favorite room. Rooms are quieter than most and I never [More] have trouble with noise or hearing my neighbors. My only recommendation for improvement would be the breakfast food. The eggs are pretty bland, not even sure they are real, but the coffee is very good. [Less]

Excellent place to stay/Excellent breakfast
By Happymom321
I travel often with my family. This time, we had a total of 7 with us. The two bedroom suite was perfect! Lots of room, 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs and a DVD player, full kitchen. No oven but I had not [More] planned on cooking a turkey. The room was clean and comfortable. Afforded privacy for everyone. The pool was in good working order and clean. The breakfast was amazing. I'm accustomed to "free breakfast" being just so/so. Not at this hotel! Their breakfast was amazing. Huge selection of foods and drinks, hot and cold. Clean and beautifully displayed. Kudos to the kitchen staff for presenting such a great buffet! The breakfast was such a great surprise, that I will look for a Staybridge Suites from now on, when I travel. [Less]
Great

In out of the Storm
By Stan
I traveled to Allentown the night before I was to attend a Fred Pryor seminar in your hotel due to winter storm predictions. It was the correct decision as only seven of fifty who had reservations [More] to attend made it in. Your staff was all excellent from the front desk to the dining room and everyone in between. There was a young man who appeared to be running the dining room as well as heading up guest services in the hotel. While I have no idea what time he came in on Thursday morning, he was still there around 9 PM as he fixed a problem with the TV in my room. He was also present in the dining room at 7:30 AM. During a brief conversation I learned that he had walked the last half mile in that morning because due to the snow he was unable to drive all the way in. His comment to me, "I had to get here to make this happen for all the good people staying here". He is to be commended! [Less]
Friendly and professional staff
By Visitor from Philadelphia
The hotel was fine as far as the rooms and lobby. I was told they are renovating. The staff was friendly without being overly familiar and professional. I felt welcomed and comfortable there. [Less]
