Loved the outdoor fireplace

What a treat it was to stay at the staybridge suites. We were wishing we could stay and relax in the suite. It seemed so comfy and homey we didn't want to leave. I'll definitely stay there if I'm [More] ever in the area again. [Less]
Decent Staybridge, but staff needs an overhaul
By akjackal
I've stayed at a few Staybridge Suites and have had very good experiences. The rooms are usually quite comfortable and spacious, and the on-site amenities are useful, especially for longer-term [More] stays. This one was similar, and I appreciated the free guest laundry and the nice social spaces like the outdoor fire pit (though the TV in the lobby was turned up way too loud). The thing that ruined this hotel for me was the unprofessional staff attitude. The woman who checked us in was not helpful at all. Yes, she was clearly overworked and had a line of people trying to check in and phones ringing off the hook, but that's no excuse to have a loud, rude conversation with the guy in line in front of me. Then, when I asked about a room with 2 beds (to save me from having to sleep on the sofa bed), she said they were sold out. That was untrue, because 10 minutes later, I went on the Staybridge website itself and it still had rooms with 2 beds available for new reservations. I tried to move rooms again after seeing that and she didn't even look in the computer and just said nothing was available. That kind of attitude and unprofessional behavior from a front desk clerk is inexcusable. I expect that at a low-end budget brand, but not at an IHG property and especially one of the higher-end brands like Staybridge. [Less]

We were leaving for our new home and did not need any extra stress. From check in to check out everything went smooth as silk. Had a great nights sleep and on our way the next day. Thanks [Less]

The hotel was in the perfect location to be able to attend a near by wedding. The staff were very nice and helpful, rooms neat, clean and we had a lot of afternoon sun shine. Easy access off on I95. [More] Will use again. [Less]

Quiet and comfortable
By BethL02127
Clean, comfortable, and quiet! My 2 kids and I went for a leisure trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and helped with several of our requests (extra blanket, fan). Breakfast has a wide [More] variety (eggs weren't that delicious, so we ate something else). Despite the holiday weekend, it was a very calm atmosphere. Easy to park and access your room. The pool water was cloudy, but we used it anyway and it seemed fine. Not the cheapest hotel in the area, but we found the value to be reasonable. [Less]
