Great Hotel outside of Clemson
Last minute decision to stay at this property. Holiday Inn never fails to satisfy. Wish pool had been operating. Staff was very helpful. Room was very comfortable and AC worked very well. Need ice[More] machines on every floor and they shouldn’t be open use.[Less]
Felt like Home
Was in town for baseball tournament. The staff was kind and efficient during checking in. I interrupted housekeeping to get another blanket and I told her it could wait till she was available. She[More] said, no ma’am I’ll get it now. The juice station was not producing great tasting juice and the front desk lady came over and without me asking anything, offered it to me in can version. The front desk staff greeted me and my family several times during our stay. It was also awesome to have washer and dryer available to wash my sons baseball pants for the next days game. I felt at home during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The only suggestion is to add a quiet area for business professionals to utilize. The only desk that was available (per staff member) was in the dining room (basically out in the open) where there was customer hustle and bustle/chatter.[Less]
Clean room & comfortable bed.
Nice place to stay easy access. Only bad thing I can say is that elevator is by far the slowest one I’ve ever used. Breakfast was good coffee was good.[Less]
