My 101 year old mom and I visited Savannah from Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. When we checked into our room, Mom found it too small
to maneuver her walker and to find a place to store her wheelchair. Upon speaking with Jasmine and Billy, both of them showed care and concern and relocated us to another room which gave her much more accessibility in the bathroom, hallway and bedroom...so thank you for that!
Other than finding the bed a bit high for the elderly, I was able to assist her by utilizing the tray as a stepstool :)
We enjoyed a very delicious Thanksgiving meal at the restaurant and enjoyed the southern hospitality of all the staff members to include front desk, concierge and wait staff.
I found the valet parking too expensive and while I realize the hotel does not own the parking garage, I hope you can negotiate a better contract in the near future.
Again, thank you for a great stay and I will highly recommend your Hotel in the future.
