Wonderful experience. Everyone working for the hotel was as new ce as could be. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Room clean and as advertised. Happy to have the smoking room we[More] booked.[Less]
This hotel is great! It was very comfortable and affordable. It was quiet and the staff is very friendly.[Less]
Nice rooms clean and comfortable.
Front desk clerk was new but extremely pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and comfortable. I stay there every time I have to work in Spartanburg SC. They were remodeling the fitness room[More] but I was still able to workout which I really appreciate. I will be back there again soon.[Less]
Great facilities and staff
My go to hotel in Greenville. Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Most Candlewoods are decent but this property seems to be a step above.[Less]
Great place to stay if you're traveling and need a 2-3 day break. The rooms were nice, roomy, and very clean. Only downside was the mattress, call and see if they have replaced mattresses before[More] you book.[Less]
Excellent and professional service was given. Thank you.[Less]
Not a great experience for being a Crowne Plaza
I would have expected more professional and accommodating staff. I've stayed at many IHG hotels and had far superior service than I received here.
And our mirror in the bathroom was dirty upon[More] arrival. Nit sure what that says about the rest of the room.
It was a very short stay so I can't comment on any other am emmentities.
I think the 4 stars it is auto populating is a stretch in comparison to other hotels and experiences I've had.[Less]
I tried to use the pool but the heater was broken, it was too cold to swim[Less]
Although the room was smaller than what I'm used to staying in, it was very clean and orderly. I didn't have any issues at all with the room.[Less]
