overall nice easy access and good location. However appears to be run on the cheap, charging for water all the time is nonsense, I get complimentary in Manchester and a cheaper room rate[Less]
Nice hotel but common areas need to be more clean and updated. Carpets were filthy but the room was clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Pool and gym were closed so couldn't use those so[More] that was disappointing since the web site didn't indicate they were closed.[Less]
