Homegoing Service

We traveled to Spartanburg, SC to pay our respects to a family member. When we arrived, the night clerk was very nice and checked us in with no issues. The room was clean and comfortable. We have [More] stayed there quite sometime ago and nothing really changed. I really enjoyed the quietness of the room as I went to bed. Overall, the stay was good. [Less]

Call the carpet cleaner
By Troop 98
Even my unobservant hubby noticed the dirty hall carpet, looked like mostly spills, maybe from breakfast trays. Carpet in our room needed cleaning, too. Two things I could not tolerate--the foyer [More] was sticky like mopped with Koolaid, and awful toilet paper. We went to Target and bought TP and paper towels. Mopped the foyer twice with paper towels. I complained about the TP (shreds and leaves debris behind) hoping the manager could improve quality, but told the TP is bought nationally. CEO should use it in his home for a week. But we slept good and breakfast was great. Really, I can't image how any hotel can keep up with masses of guests, many of whom are clueless. careless, or just plain mean. Like I said, looks like they are just slammed with business. [Less]
