Initially, I was not looking forward to my stay because the person who took my reservation was a bit rude. I made the reservation through direct bill to my government job. The tone reservation
clerk right away informed me that the bill is my responsibility if my employer didn't pay. That is good information to have, but the way she presented it was almost in an accusatory manner, as if it's my fault there might be an issue with my employer paying a bill on time.
Once I arrived at the hotel, the experience was better. Desk staff was very friendly. The only issue was with the musty smell of my room. [Less]
