I made a prepaid reservation while at the hotel on March 9, 2017, to stay at this hotel for march 17, 2017. When I got there on the afternoon of march 17 for check in, they could not initially
confirm my reservation, even though I gave them my confirmation number, 67930599, as well as my photo ID and the same credit car I used to pay for my room on March 9 and March 17.
After the desk clerk checked further, she discovered that the clerk on march 9 had my reservation for march 17 listed under the first name "James." My first name is Frank as my reservation of March 9 shows.
I don't know how that mistake could have been made since the house records of March 9 clearly showed my correct name and info.
The clerk on March 17 asked me if perhaps "James" was another member of my family, an irrelevancy since all she had to do was check her records of the ID documents and the credit card I presented on both reservations. Incidentally, there is no "James" anywhere in my family name.
