Great Place
By John62
Great service, great rooms, great place. From the minute I made reservations until I checked out, I received friendly, professional service. The rooms and facility were perfect for our staff retreat! [Less]
Excellent service, thin walls.

I was in town for business for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value offered by SBS. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the host staff was accommodating, friendly, personable. My [More] room was awesome, it felt like a mini apartment. The "social" was a joke. It felt and looked cheap. Food selection was poor, and no beer was available...but again, I wasn't there for a social, I was there for work. I would consider renaming their "social" to something along the lines of refreshments instead. A true social has activities, a host, music, etc. I went to Little Katana one night and enjoyed some great sushi. Wholesome Grub in Plano the next and had amazing health food for great prices...so I was happy. The location is great, it's in the opposite direction of the traffic to where I was headed. The walls are thin, I could hear every foot step above me and people passing by. Much thinner than in other hotels I've stayed in (I travel quite a bit). I would suggest they consider adding liquid insulation to prevent this from happening to other guests in the future. Or tell them to bring ear plugs! [Less]

We travel quite often gymnastics competitive season and always stay in a Holiday Inn Express. The staff is always extremely helpful and kind...especially to the kids who compete. [Less]
Great staff
By NM traveler
The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. The coffee was always fresh and the breakfast offerings good. The mattress was developing a dip on either side, but was still comfortable. My [More] only complaint, if it could be called that, was that the temperature of the water in the shower was not consistent, going from warmer to cooler every minute or two. Overall, the room was nice, it was very quiet, everything was very clean and the staff are great. [Less]
Nice place but TV's a nusiance
By Paul
The hotel an staff where nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. My main complaint was the TV's are terrible. It take about 15 - 30 seconds to go from one channel to another. Can not channel [More] surf. There is a large gap under the doors and you hear all the noises from the people across the hallway from tv to talking to snoring. Noise between room walls is ok but the sounds really carry across the hall into your room and there is a hi pressure in the room pulling the airflow under the room door, thus bringing all the noises as well. Fantastic ammenities
By country
The rooms have electrical outlets and usb outlets in multiple locations and are easy to get to. The pull down shades on the window made the room completely dark and made it easier to sleep. The [More] heating/ac is very quiet and the control was on the wall next to the bed. The staff was fantastic. And the cinnamon rolls at breakfast were fantastic. [Less]
