Featured Beaumont Hotels

Make yourself at home in our Holiday Inn Express® hotels in Beaumont, in southeast Texas. In no time you'll be watching a gusher blow water into the sky or canoeing through the rivers of Big Thicket National Preserve.

Start your day's exploration into southeast Texas oil country at the Spindletop Gladys City Boomtown Museum. Guests of our Beaumont hotels can watch a replica oil derrick spurt water 100 feet into the air in homage to the legendary oil gusher tapped here in 1901. Next, stop into the Texas Energy Museum downtown to marvel at the oil refining science that turns black gold into gasoline. Take to the rivers of Big Thicket National Preserve in a canoe, as graceful white herons swoop overhead and woodpeckers hammer away in the bald cypress trees above.

Guests of hotels in Beaumont can enjoy spicy Cajun seafood gumbo in the city's Louisiana-style restaurants. Since Beaumont is less than an hour from Louisiana, locals know the best way to get to the succulent meat of Cajun boiled crawfish is to use their fingers. Our Beaumont hotels are near the Crockett Street Entertainment District. Freshly restored brick buildings from the early 1900s enjoy a new life as the city's rollicking social center. Practice your two-step at the Dixie Dance Hall to live country music on the weekends or settle in with a beer at a sports bar to cheer on your favorite teams on the big screen.

Book our Holiday Inn Express hotels in Beaumont to tour the city's historic houses. The John Jay French Home, the oldest residence in Beaumont, is now a showcase of 19th-century pioneer living, complete with a blacksmith's shop. Contrast the rustic simple furniture in this house with the prim and proper Chambers House, built in 1906, with its stately Greek columns.

Beautiful hotel with very easy access to interstate. Rooms are great. Beddings and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is the best. Lots of choices. [Less]
There customer service was excellent.
By Amazing Chuck
We had an odor problem in our room, they offered to change our room but we had already unpacked our belongs and thought it would get better. They even gave us stuff to help neutralize the smell. We [More] had to leave and had hoped when we got back the odor would be better. The staff was still doing everything they could to help us and was so very kind to us. When leaving the next day we where ask about our stay and we relayed our concerns about someone else staying in that room. Again being very kind and apologic. The room was very clean and nice, the bed was good sleeping and the breakfast food was good. But we really didn't eat much we had to go to a funeral. [Less]

Wonderful repeat stay
By Texas family traveller
Second time staying here and my wife and I found this experience to be just as good as the first. The first time we stayed because we needed pet accommodations, this time just the humans. Each time [More] the hotel met all our needs and exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay again on future trips. [Less]
Good nights sleep

Comfortable, quiet, clean place. Good place to relax and get some rest. Very quiet. No problems encountered. Staff very courteous. [Less]
Great location!
By LibCee
If you are traveling on Route 10, this is a great place to stop and relax for a night. It is directly off Route 10 and is clean, quiet and has a huge atrium with a waterfall. There is a restaurant to [More] get breakfast before going back on the road. Across the street is an amazing seafood restaurant, Pappadeaux; don't pass it up. The staff did their jobs but we're not overly friendly except for the young lady tending the bar. [Less]

Great Food and Restaurant Staff
By JoyeR
The Bartender was AWESOME! She was there everyday I was and she remembered my name and what I drank. She was very friendly, inviting, and genuinely appreciated my business. She interacted with the [More] guests and was good company. They have a $16 Steak night that is FANTASTIC and the rest of the food was very good. The rooms and common areas were very clean. The restaurant staff was very good too. I loved the fountain and the huge flag of Texas in the Atrium. The hotel is an older property and the decor is very dated. The rooms need some serious updating and renovations. The front of the property needs some attention as there were many tiles missing off the face of the building. The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was cheap and you could feel all the coils. Every time the AC would shut off and the vacuum would release, it sounded like a door slamming. The towel rack was inside the bathtub/shower which I found a bit odd as the mist from the shower would make the towels damp. The front desk manager was not very friendly and inviting. She did not recognize me as a priority club member when. I checked in and I had to ask if they had my club membership on the reservation. She did confirm it was there but said nothing to me after that. I dealt with her a few times and she was the same - she helped me but wasn't very warm and friendly. The rest of the staff at the desk was great. I had no idea where breakfast was held because it wasn't where I ate dinner. The manager didn't tell me when I checked in and I decided to eat else where when I saw it wasn't in the Atrium. All in all though the hotel is in a great location for me and aside from the bed, everything else was manageable. [Less]
