I travel monthly and I normally work night hours for the US Army. The hotel was nice and since I'm normally on night shift, I rarely require any room service (just a fresh towel set about every 3
days). The only complaints/compliments I have are:
1) The hotel walls are very thin, I could hear peoples conversation within the rooms next to me.
2) The hotel staff who clean the room do not pay attention to the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. Again, I work nights and I'm sleeping throughout the day when they service rooms. I could hear them speaking and it seemed like they were screaming to other hotel staff during the day. in the hallways.
3) The breakfast was average at best. It seemed all the food was pre-packaged/prepared? A few times i don't think the pans holding the food was rinse well enough? It has a soapy taste. The thing that saved the breakfast was the CINAMMON ROLLS. They are fresh and awesome. I think i had two every morning and I stayed there for 14 days!
4) The hotel staff (front desk) was very nice, as there was a mix-up at my original hotel (Holiday Inn). They were able to get me into the Holiday Inn Express and I greatly appreciate this! They also gave me a late checkout on my departing day! [Less]
