The comfortable bed, hot breakfast, and overall customer service is the reason we gave this hotel a four star rating. Problems with the internet and the response of one particular employee to these
problems made our stay less than perfect. This employee was the front desk clerk early on a Sunday morning and also had responsibilities in the kitchen so maybe she just had too much to do that morning. It seemed like she had no idea what to do when internet service was interrupted and did not offer to call IT support. The clerk who arrived for the day shift was much more helpful and tried to solve the problem. My husband has an online business and even when we travel for leisure, he still has to access the internet to get work done. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and have had problems with the internet service so I don't think it is an isolated issue.
Also, this hotel is not easily accessed due to how it is positioned with relation to the road in front of the hotel. [Less]
