Sent my family here for a short get-away. All three are insomniacs, but said they loved it, it was fantastic, and they all slept like rocks. So, it was fantastic for all of us.
Only discrepancy was
that they wanted to stay a third night. It was supposed to be a Rewards night. Even though it was booked as such, we were charged instead for the room. Needed the money more than the points. Spoke with manager and Customer Service, all took the "oh well too bad, not our fault" attitude. On that, I am very disappointed. [Less]
