Featured Irving Hotels

Make yourself at home in our Holiday Inn Express® hotels in Irving, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. In no time you'll be investigating the assassination of John F. Kennedy, cheering local cowboys in a rodeo and kicking up your heels at Gilley's Dallas.

Our Irving hotels are a short drive from the Dallas Arts District. Life-like Rodin nudes, textured Giacometti busts and abstract Miró totems fill the Nasher Sculpture Museum. Across the street, the Dallas Museum of Art displays statues of Maya and Aztec gods and colorful impressionistic paintings by European masters van Gogh and Cézanne. In the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, follow a minute-by-minute account of November 22, 1963, when Lee Harvey Oswald shot President John F. Kennedy. The southeast-facing window where Oswald crouched with his rifle is preserved behind glass.

The original Neiman Marcus store still sells luxury goods on Main Street, but the city's serious shoppers prefer Uptown's McKinney Avenue, lined with antiques shops, art galleries and inviting cafes. Local Western wear stores can outfit guests of our Irving hotels in fine silver belt buckles and hand-stitched cowboy boots fit for the Gilley's Dallas dance floor. Fill up on thick sirloin steak or a barbecue brisket dinner before sashaying over to Gilley's, where you'll two-step to twangy country guitar. Check the calendar beforehand-big-ticket rock shows also play to the Gilley's crowd.

Book our Holiday Inn Express hotels in Irving to take in major Dallas sporting events. The Dallas Cowboys play at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, a short drive from our Irving hotels. Home game tickets are hard to come by, but you can tour the stadium to toss a few passes on the field. Arlington is also home to the Texas Rangers baseball team. Or, holler for your favorite cowboy at the Mesquite Championship Rodeo.

Excellent Experience
Excellent Experience at the resort, the staff was super friendly. [Less]
Clean, quiet and comfortable, staff was very friendly.
By Pa Traveler 2
Although somewhat difficult to find the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were all friendly, approachable and very helpful. The pool and surrounding area was nicely done, like an [More] oasis. The gym though having a variety of dumbbells has no other lifting or universal type equipment. Breakfast amenities were basic but adequate and convenient. The common area was open and plain situated directly in front of the main entrance doors. There were several well known establishments/restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of convenient parking and the property was kept clean and well lit at night. [Less]
Excellent stay

We stayed here for only one night but found the hotel to be consistent with the other Holiday Inn Express's. Due to our experience early on in our trip we ended up staying at Holiday Inn's seven out [More] of our eight day trip. [Less]

Clean and quiet with friendly service.

The breakfast buffet should have been a little less expensive and the hot tub needed to be at least 5 degrees warmer. Other than that the hotel was excellent. [Less]
Best hotel in the area!
By MaryMcD
I've tried a lot of hotels in the area, as I am starting a new project here... this property is the best by far overall - the front desk personnel, espec. Jeffery, are wonderful; the bar staff is [More] attentive and friendly; the rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the outside is well maintained and attractive. I'm coming back! [Less]
