We arrived in the area in the early evening, stopped to get dinner for a hungry toddler, and by the time we checked in, it was past her bedtime. While I understand that the front desk staff was just
trying to do their jobs, wanting the IDG card, and other information while trying to juggle a sleepy toddler, is difficult.
Day service was amazing, and even with food allergies there was one or two things on the breakfast that we could eat. The size of the room was amazing and all of the staff was attentive to our needs.
Next time we go back we'll just plan to arrive earlier. [Less]
