When we added a fourth night to our stay by phone after booking the first 3 on line, our room choice was changed from a leisure king. As my wife is disabled we needed the extra space for mobility.
Gwen at the front desk was able to get us set up for the correct room after spending the first night in a standard room. Amber at the front desk also helped us with making the change.
