Succulent fuzzy peaches and juicy apples sold by farmers at downtown's Community Market are perfect snacks for a day of walking Lynchburg's historic streets. Virginian artisans sell handmade pottery and intricate baskets in the adjacent crafts market. Guests of our hotels in Lynchburg enjoy dining in downtown steakhouses and bistros in historic 200-year-old buildings. Sample Virginia wines when you dine and locally brewed beers at downtown pubs.

Great hotel
By swiftrun
Enjoyed the stay. Great customer service. Beds were very comfortable except for the pillows. But I haven't stayed in one yet that provided comfortable pillows. Would stay again with Holiday Inns [More] when traveling. [Less]
Great place to stay
By Joeyzzzz
Very nice hotel. Interior has been updated. hotel grounds very clean and well maintained. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very comfortable. My only [More] suggestion would be to run breakfast longer on the weekends. Breakfast area was very crowded and when 10:00 comes that's it and everything gets locked up and removed. Very convenient to restaurants, gas stations and stores. Easy access to the highway. Highly recommend this hotel. [Less]

The room had up to date finishes, and the hotel is in a great location in vibrant downtown Lynchburg. The bed was very comfortable, and the HVAC responsive to the in-room controls. [Less]
